The Simpsons Restaurant brigade pride themselves in working closely as a team, sharing passions for local produce, the seasons, and creating some of the finest flavours and innovative dishes in the region. Simpsons Chef Patron Andreas Antona has recognised new talent and trained many of the regions chefs, as well as working with renowned chefs such as Birmingham's Glynn Purnell of Purnells Restaurant, Andy Waters of Edmunds Restaurant, and TV chef Brian Turner et al.
Andreas works passionately encouraging new young chefs at University College Birmingham (UCB). His current team have been working with him closely for many years helping create Simpsons Restaurant what it is today and maintain its leading edge.
