Our team at Simpsons Restaurant Birmingham are able to source from some of the finest regional suppliers based in the Midlands,  however they always seek the best suppliers available, whether they be from within the Midlands, across the UK, or overseas, based on the seasons, to satisfy the demands of our discerning customers. Our chef brigade, who love to experiment with new flavours, texture and flavour combinations, pride themselves on creating the perfect seasonal dishes.
