Gin Britannia is the ultimate gin masterclass held at Simpsons in the heart of Birmingham.
Taking place in The Eureka Kitchen and ran by master distiller and raconteur Chris Abbot.
After many years of working in the music & drinks industry, Chris has developed a marvellous learning experience.
This is a ‘Craft Club’ with a difference, in which guests will blend their very own bottle of bespoke gin…to a recipe of their choosing.
Everyone starts with a clear liquid and an empty bottle and leaves with their own bespoke, personalised gin.
From learning about the process and chemistry in producing your gin to the botanicals and flavours, to the designing and naming of your unique brand.
Added to that you will sample a few gin & tonics to get the creative juices flowing as Chris takes you on a journey through the history, customs and culture of gin from its origins through to the current gin renaissance
All of this, complimented with a wonderful Michelin star lunch offering the perfect unique experience.
Gin Britannia is brilliantly priced at £97.50 per person based on a couple sharing a still.
So £195 per couple.
There is a maximum of five stills so the masterclass is very intimate, focussed and fun.
The class runs on a Thursday but any private parties or full class corporate bookings can be booked on the Tuesday and Wednesday also.
