Led by chef director, Luke Tipping, Simpsons has earned a reputation for offering one of the best dining experiences in Birmingham.
In recent years, the restaurant has undergone a transformation in terms of design resulting in a bright, modern dining space inspired by the colours and shapes of nature.
Driven by seasonality and provenance Luke is renowned for producing stunning flavours. Luke says his cooking is inspired by the very best of what’s in season.
An oasis minutes from central Birmingham. On warm sunny days and evenings, diners can enjoy an aperitif or glass of champagne in the beautifully landscaped garden before they enter the restaurant.
Simpsons will be re-opening with a pop-up outdoor dining experience on Wednesday 14th April, with heated tents to allow for almost any kind of weather. The stunning landscaped garden has always been a popular spot for sunny days, and until Monday 17th May, it will provide a warm, relaxing space to meet with those we haven’t seen in a while and enjoy delicious dishes cooked by the talented chefs. For a total of five weeks, the garden will be home to our al fresco pop-up from 12pm, with last reservations at 7pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
The Simpsons garden menu will be in the à la carte format and feature all the quality, seasonal ingredients you’d expect but prepared simply to be enjoyed in the calming surroundings of the garden. Prices start from £10 for starters and desserts; view the full menu here.
