We are very proud to have been a part of a fantastic “Sauce supper club” held at the Edgbaston Cricket ground on Monday evening.
Luke Tipping and members of his team including his sous chef Leo Kattou cooked alongside the other 5 Michelin starred chefs.
The esteemed chefs involved were Adam Bennett of The Cross at Kenilworth, Glynn Purnell of Purnell’s, Brad Carter of Carters of Moseley, Adam Stokes of Adams and Rob Palmer of Peels. Canapes were also prepared by Liam Dillon of the Boat Inn.
