13 Jul Join Simpsons original chef team as they revisit the classics from the past 25 years
Andy Waters, one of Simpsons’ original line-up of chefs will be creating magic in the kitchen with Luke once again… for the first time in almost 25 years!
On Thursday 26 July, Andy and Luke will revisit some of the classics from Simpsons 25 year history – bringing the dishes up to date with some of the restaurant’s latest flavours and techniques.
Andy started when it was just Andreas and his father running the restaurant, Luke joined soon afterwards but they haven’t cooked in the kitchen together since Andy left to set up on his own. The chefs will be cooking a joint birthday dinner to celebrate 25 years of Simpsons and 5 years of Birmingham’s most popular newsletter, I Choose Birmingham.
Both chefs will be on hand to talk about their memories of Simpsons and the inspiration behind the dishes.
The dinner will be served for one night only. It is priced at £65 for four courses and includes a celebratory cocktail on arrival. Please arrive for 7pm to be seated at 7.30pm.
This one off menu will include:

A starter from 2002: Citrus cured salmon, pink grapefruit, avocado avruga
