Cookery classes
Eureka, our superbly equipped cookery school and development kitchen, is about discovery.
Discovering the skills and techniques used by Simpsons chefs to create delicious dishes.
And discovering and unleashing your own culinary talents.
Arrive at 9am for tea/coffee and a behind the scenes tour of the kitchen, before then moving upstairs to our purpose-built cookery school kitchen.
Our cookery classes are a hands-on experience, with chefs helping you create fabulous contemporary dishes.
After cooking, take a short break to sip champagne (or a non-alcoholic alternative) whilst the Simpsons team set up the Chef’s Table, where you will sit down together and enjoy lunch which includes some dishes you have prepared earlier on.
You will also be invited to help the chef plate up, learning essential techniques for Michelin-class presentation.
