On Wednesday 23rd November Andreas was invited to present at HallField School as part of 'Hallfield Insights' - a series of talks featuring inspirational and diverse individuals at the top of their game in their respective fields.

Andreas spoke to parents from the school about his life, from his first job to a career spanning almost 50 years in the kitchens of some of the UK’s most famous hotels and restaurants, leading him to where he is today. Emma, our reservations & admin manager and William, our sommelier, served canapés of 'Mushroom & Truffle Risotto' and 'Cheese & Onion Tartlets' and poured wine for guests. The evening concluded with a Q&A session and a selection of sweet canapés from the SOKO Patisserie team. All ticket sales from the event were donated to Simpsons chosen charity Streetsmart.

Over time we have built a great relationship with the school and have been delighted to attend various events as their guests. We look forward to the next!
