SAMPLE MENU
Join us on Sunday 15th March to celebrate Mothering Sunday. Chef Director, Luke Tipping has designed a menu to celebrate this special occasion. Highlighting all the wonderful, seasonal produce as we approach spring. Our three course Mother’s Day menu is priced at £75 per person and will include our welcome snacks and breads.
Tables are available between 12pm and 3pm.

STARTERS
Jerusalem artichoke soup,
hazelnut and truffle pesto, sourdough croutons
Heritage beetroot,
wasabi, buttermilk, dill
Roulade of smoked salmon,
fromage blanc, salad of herbs, pickled cucumber
Sea bream,
spinach, goats' cheese, crispy potatoes, Piment d'Espellette pepper sauce
MAIN
A choice of the following roasts with Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables:
Irish beef sirloin, Cornish lamb rump or Wiltshire pork belly
Butternut squash,
Swiss chard, dukkah, toasted cracked wheat, aged Balsamic vinegar (can be plant based on request)
Sea bream,
spinach, goats' cheese, crispy potatoes, Piment d'Espellette pepper sauce
